Frequently Asked

Answers Before You Ask

The questions couples and planners send our way most often. Don't see yours? Reach us at (786) 481-1262 or info@miamieventmusicians.com.

  • How much does it cost to hire Miami Event Musicians?
Pricing starts at $500 per musician per hour, with most bookings running 1 to 2 hours of performance time. The final quote depends on ensemble size, ceremony length, and travel. Our rate is slightly above the South Florida average, in line with the credentials, preparation, and in-house sound equipment we bring to every event.
  • What areas do you serve?
We perform across Miami-Dade and Broward County by default, and travel to most of South Florida by request. See the full venue history on our About page — past venues include Villa Toscana Miami, Deering Estate, Milander Center for Arts & Entertainment, Plymouth Congregational Church, City Church Homestead, and Carnival Cruise Line.
  • Do you bring your own sound system?
Yes. We bring our own sound system and amplification to every performance, so you do not need to coordinate microphones or PA with your DJ or venue. If you would prefer that we use the venue's system instead, we are happy to do that too.
  • Can you play a song that is not already in your repertoire?
Yes. We arrange and rehearse new songs for clients, especially for ceremony processionals, first dances, and other special moments. Send your must-have list through our Repertoire page with up to five custom song requests, and we will send back samples of any custom arrangement within five business days.
  • Do you speak Spanish? Are you familiar with quinceañera and Latin wedding traditions?
Yes. Our musicians are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with a working knowledge of Cuban, Colombian, and other Latin American wedding customs. We perform sacred standards in both languages and carry bilingual repertoire across ceremony, quinceañera mass, and reception.
