• How early do you arrive before a wedding ceremony?

  We arrive at least 60 to 90 minutes before guests are expected. That window lets us load in quietly, position the instruments, run a full sound check, and coordinate cue points with your planner and officiant before the first guest is seated.
• Do you play the processional, recessional, or both?

  Both, plus prelude music while guests are seated and underscoring during the vows or unity moment if you would like. We score the entire ceremony arc rather than just the entrances.
• Can you arrange a song that is not already in your repertoire?

  Yes. Especially for ceremony moments and the first dance, we will arrange and rehearse a song for you. Send your must-have list with up to five custom requests through our Repertoire page and we will return sample recordings within five business days.
• Do you bring a microphone for the officiant or readings?

  Yes. We bring our own sound system and amplification to every wedding, including a wireless microphone for the officiant if requested. You do not need to coordinate a PA with your DJ unless you would prefer that we use the venue's system.
