Curating Atmosphere Through Sound

The Philosophy
The Silent Prelude
We were founded on a quiet observation: at the highest tier of luxury events, music is rarely the centerpiece, but when it's wrong, the entire evening feels off.
We named our internal practice The Silent Prelude because the best live music doesn't announce itself. It frames the moment, holds the room's energy, and disappears as soon as the moment passes, so the people, the venue, and the food can be what they are.
Every musician on our roster is hand-selected for two qualities: technical mastery and the ability to read a room. That second part is harder to find than the first.
Our musicians are music graduates, holding Bachelor's and Master's degrees in performance on their instruments. One of us is a Concerto Competition winner at Florida International University's School of Music. Between us, we have logged more than 100 hours of professional performance time, and our featured violinist alone has played over 25 weddings in the last year.
We are all bilingual in English and Spanish, with a working knowledge of the cultural traditions our clients celebrate, from Cuban and Colombian wedding customs to traditional church masses and quinceañera ceremonies. You can also browse our full repertoire to see the songs we already perform.

Four Things We Will Always Do
- Show up early, set quietly, sound check before guests arrive.
- Bring our own sound system, so you do not need to coordinate microphones or PA with your DJ or venue.
- Coordinate directly with your planner, DJ, and venue staff.
- Read the room, and adjust repertoire on the fly when needed.
